FAQs

How do I book?
You can book online with our easy to use booking system or Give us a ring! We are very friendly and will happily discuss what you need and when you need it. Or if you prefer you can send us an e-mail or a message on Facebook and we will get back to you within 24 hours. (normally quicker)

How much notice do I need to give to cancel a booking?
If you cancel 3 days or more prior to your booking date then you will not be charged and your part payment/booking fee will be returned. Any you cancel with less than 3 days until your booking date you will not receive your part payment/booking fee back. 

What do the prices include?
All booking prices include free local delivery within a 10-mile radius of BA13. If outside the 10mile radius, we will still happily come to you but with an additional fee (Call for more details). It is usually £2 per extra mile.
You will also receive a PAT tested blower if less more than 12 months old, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mats. The price also includes set up and collection. 

How long do I get the bouncy castle for?
Usually, we will deliver and set up the castle between 9am and Midday and collect between 5pm and 8pm. However, we are very flexible and will happily arrange times to suit you. Just gives us a call and see what we can do. (if you want your castle early in the morning then it is always best to book as much in advance as you can, as we usually operate a first come first serve basis for drop offs.)
Please note outdoor hire drop off and collections are subject to seasonal restrictions regarding daylight
If your party is in an indoor venue such as a village hall, we will do our best to make sure we arrive to set up and come and pick up the castle at specific times that suit you. Whilst we will make every effort to arrive at the specified/preferred time, please be advised we allow for a 30-minute window in order to allow for unforeseen circumstances such as weather/traffic.

When are your bouncy castles available?
Our service is available seven days a week including public and bank holidays. 

Do you hire out Bouncy Castles overnight?
Yes. A standard hire can be kept overnight and will be collected before 10am the following day. This option has an additional charge of £30.

How do I pay?
When booking you will be asked to pay a part payment/booking fee of £40. The remaining balance is due on the date of your booking in cash. You will also be expected to pay a £50 cash damage deposit that will be returned to you if all equipment is returned in a clean and undamaged condition as explained in the terms and conditions.

What if it rains?
You will not be charged if we have to cancel due to severe rain. Any part payment/booking fee will be returned to you. (Outside hire’s only).

 How long does it take to set up and pack away the inflatable?
Please allow 25-35mins to set up the equipment and 30-45mins to pack away. If you are hiring a ball pool you are required to have all the balls back into the ball pool prior to the collection.

Do I need to provide anything?
All you will need to provide is a 240 volts mains power supply. If you need a generator, we can hire one out to you. We only hire out a generator alongside a castle and charge £25 per day hire not including petrol.

Can the inflatable be delivered down a narrow side entrance or through the house/garage?
Inflatables are bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. It is possible to take them through a building but unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Whatever route the inflatable is using (be that through the house or outside) there will need to be at least 36” width for the trucks and inflatable to move along, so please move any obstacles before our arrival.

Do you have insurance?
Yes! We have public liability insurance up to £5million.

Can the inflatable be set up on a slope?
It is unsafe to set up the equipment on a slope however on a slight incline it may be possible. If you are unsure as to the suitability of your site, then please contact us directly.

Can adults use the inflatables?
No, none of our inflatable equipment is suitable for adult use. We understand it can be tempting to "have a go", but it's dangerous for you and those around you, and could damage the equipment too.

Can I mix size and age?
No, this is not a good idea. It is best to either have a separate inflatable or to only allow children of a similar age and size on at the same time.

Can I use my inflatable in the rain?
It is not advisable to use an inflatable in the rain as the blower uses an electric power supply. The surface of the inflatable can also become slippery and dangerous when wet. In the event of a shower passing through we recommend you get all of your guests inside out of the rain! The inflatable can stay up as this helps to stop the water pooling inside and makes drying quicker, we advise protecting the electrical equipment from the wet whilst still allowing the blower to draw in air. When the rain has passed the surfaces can be dried with towels ready for use again. You may see bubbling from the seams! This is normal and helps dry out the insides of the inflatable. Some of our inflatables come with shower covers - these are primarily to provide shelter from the sun, though will protect the castle in a small way in the event of a slight shower.
If the weather conditions deteriorate then the equipment would need to be deflated no inflatable should be used in very wet or windy weather.

Delivery Policy
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
